Before we begin to explore this transformative concept, I would like to plant the seed that sometimes your darkest moments come just before your brightest season of power! You need the lessons from these in order to become the person you need to be, to thrive in that season. Therefore, life has to present obstacles, but you have the strength and capability to overcome them. And as scary as it is, the only way through is to embrace your power, and watch as your life transforms in remarkable ways.

Acknowledge that life is full of ups and downs, and while we can't control every circumstance, we can control our responses to them. By recognizing your power to shape your reactions and decisions, you're already taking a significant step towards empowerment.
